Public workshop on safety guidance across semiconductor equipment design, manufacturing and use, with more than 20 participants.

Hosted by SEMI China with TÜV Rheinland. More than 20 participants from Shanghai Micro Electronics, Edwards, CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, Jingsheng, Youai Zhihe and Xinxiang Technology attended. The workshop covered safety guidance across equipment design, manufacturing and use, basic mechanical and electrical risk assessment, electrical component selection, and related test projects and methods.
