SEMI Equipment Safety Workshop · Nantong

A four-day public workshop covering SEMI S2-0818 and practical semiconductor equipment safety knowledge, with more than 30 participants.

Hosted by SEMI China and co-organized by MiGe Lab and TÜV Rheinland. More than 30 participants from Leuven Instruments, Edwards, YuanZhuo Optoelectronics, Suzhou Xinhui, Huawei and Xinxiang Technology attended. The four-day public workshop systematically covered the semiconductor equipment safety knowledge used in SEMI S2-0818.
