SEMI Equipment Safety Workshop · Hefei

Public workshop for the growing China semiconductor equipment industry, with more than 30 participants.

Hosted by SEMI China and co-organized by Shanghai Zuoang Testing and Zhongke Xinwang. More than 30 participants from ChangXin Memory, YMTC, Wuhan Xinxin, Fujian Jinhua, Piotech, Tianma, SICC, CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, GeYi Chuzhou and China Inspection attended. The workshop reflected the growing equipment safety awareness across China semiconductor fabs, including ChangXin Memory and YMTC.
