Workshop using the S2 series to explain equipment safety across installation, exhaust, labels, fire protection, interlocks, radiation and noise.
Hosted by SEMI China and delivered by MiGe Lab, an active SEMI certification organization. Around 50 engineers from North Integrated, Silan Microelectronics, SICC, Shanghai Micro Electronics, TEL, Edwards, Guangchuan, Aikosolar, Keshitong, Piotech and other equipment companies attended. The workshop used the S2 series to explain installation, exhaust, warning labels, liquid heating, ventilation, qualifications, ergonomics, risk assessment, decontamination, manuals, fire safety, interlocks, radiation, laser and noise.
