Public workshop on equipment connection protocols, messages, the GEM model and CIM applications, with nearly 20 participants.

Hosted by SEMI China with support from KXware and TILVA. Nearly 20 participants from Ance Semiconductor, Laplace, Jiangsu Wiphoton, Beijing Riyang, Suzhou Gaoshi, Huawei, Nanjing ZhongAn, Leuven Instruments and Chengchuan Technology attended. The workshop covered equipment connection protocols, equipment messaging, the GEM equipment model and behavior, industry applications of SECS/GEM standards and common CIM applications.
